The outer layer of coarse sand on quartz ceramic products is white, and the crystallization of the transparent layer and inner coating of high-purity quartz sand causes the reaction of the bubble layer melted silicon, resulting in the entry of granular silicon oxide into the melted silicon and crystallization, thinning the original thickness, reducing strength, and easily causing deformation.
